The Pacific Pines-Gaven Statistical Local Area had a population of over 12,863 residents as at June 2007, up an amazing 8.9% from the previous year1. In the five years to June 2007, the growth of this catchment has represented a staggering 14% per annum, which is well above most other residential areas, indicating the continued high demand for the Brisbane to Gold Coast corridor.
