Rebranding for growth
Gold Coast Bulletin | 21 September 2007

Gold Coast project marketer Adrian Parsons has launched a business, TOTAL Project Marketing to service an expanding client base in southeast Queensland and northern NSW.

The new entity has a marketing portfolio in excess of $1 billion through its links with developers such as Sunland Group, Leighton Properties and Macquarie Bank.

Mr Parsons, who formerly operated as Richardson & Wrench Surfers Paradise, said TOTAL Project Marketing was established to reflect changes in his business and the property market in general.

"The rebranding has arisen because we have extended our reach far wider than Surfers Paradise and the central Gold Coast," he said.

"In addition to our new branding, we have increased the size of our project marketing team, which now comprises 25 consultants, and moved to new offices, in Circle on Cavill."

TOTAL's marketing portfolio includes Macquarie Group's Kirra Surf Apartments; Harmony Broadwater at Runaway Bay for Zen Lifestyles and Usher Powell Developments; the three-tower Tweed Ultima project by Tower Builders; two boutique beachside projects, Kirra Wave and Kirra Pearl, by Brisbane-based Pikos Group; and Waterford Park, a gated community in Brisbane by Samtay Group, Stage 1 of which has sold out.
