Pure beachfront living
Brisbane Courier Mail | 5 May 2008 JUST two weeks after the Pikos Group unveiled the highly anticipated Pure Apartments at Kirra, they sold out.
Pure, the latest in its trilogy of beachfront projects in Kirra, sold out its 30 apartments which were priced between $1.41 to $1.9 million.
Only the yet to be released three penthouses remain available in the $80 million project.
The final designs of the penthouses are currently being completed and an official market launch is due in the coming weeks.
The 13-level development is on the corner of Haig and Musgrave streets.
The ongoing transformation of Kirra has led to it becoming a Gold Coast 'hot spot ' and Pure has already gained strong interest from local buyers.
Adrian Parsons from TOTAL Project Marketing said Pure represented the best value in the sought after Kirra precinct.
"Pure represents remarkable value considering Kirra has emerged as one of the Gold Coast's most prestigious precincts for apartment living," Mr Parsons said.
Comprising three super-apartment penthouses, 27 two-bedroom plus study apartments, and three podium level garden apartments, Pure provides the ultimate in beachside living.
Mr Parsons said Pure's beachfront location and quality features have appealed to both investors and owner-occupiers.
"Many of these buyers are also looking for a quieter, village type atmosphere as it is easier to unwind, therefore Kirra is highly attractive as it offers a slower pace when compared to the northern suburbs of Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise," he said.
The street level of the development will be devoted to retail space to be occupied by a range of restaurants, and cafes.
In addition to having first-class dining facilities at their doorstep, residents will also have access to a range of facilities including lap pool, spa, sun deck, recreation area, outdoor barbecue and steam room.
Mike Pikos, director of the Pikos Group said the company's third Kirra development demonstrates the strong commitment they have to the north facing beach suburb.
"Kirra offers the relaxed lifestyle of a small coastal village within Australia's sixth largest city, creating a unique beachside village enclave within the rapidly growing city," he said.
